Jennifer Jacobus has been practicing law for over a decade, representing property owners in pursuing reductions of their property taxes. “I am the founder and managing member of Jacobus & Associates, LLC,” Jacobus said, which specializes in residential and commercial property tax appeals, exclusively in the state of New Jersey. Ms. Jacobus has experience representing both taxpayers and municipalities (including Atlantic County, Bergen County, Burlington County, Camden County, Essex County, Mercer County, Middlesex County, Monmouth County, Morris County, Ocean County, Passaic County, Salem County, Somerset County, Sussex County, Union County, and Warren County) in connection with property tax appeals before the Tax Court of New Jersey as well as the New Jersey County Boards of Taxation.
Ms. Jacobus currently serves as counsel to Schneck Law Group, LLC in connection with their property tax appeals practice. Her firm is currently looking forward to providing additional educational benefits and seminars to its clients geared toward innovative and strategic property tax reduction. She is currently involved with the New Jersey State Bar Association.
