While her practice is concentrated in California, Victoria maintains licenses in New York and the District of Columbia.
Throughout her career Ms. Tsoong has constantly pursued her professional development, expanding the areas of her expertise in order to gain greater responsibility and accountability as a legal services specialist.
Ms. Tsoong holds a Masters of Law in Taxation from Boston University, with a focus in estate planning and international tax.
