Ms. Tsoong’s practice, Chuck & Tsoong, LLP focuses on commercial law with an emphasis in real estate and banking, representing landowners, lenders, investors, and servicers. She has played an integral part in bringing success to clients as a result of her diversified academic and professional background in litigation, dispute resolution and tax. While her practice is concentrated in California, Victoria maintains licenses in New York and the District of Columbia.
Throughout her career Ms. Tsoong has constantly pursued her professional development, expanding the areas of her expertise in order to gain greater responsibility and accountability as a legal services specialist.
Ms. Tsoong holds a Masters of Law in Taxation from Boston University, with a focus in estate planning and international tax.
