Limiting her practice to workers’ compensation and personal injury, Linda Schoep is Owner of Schoep Law Firm, as well as an Attorney. Her skills and area of expertise include litigation, trials, depositions, mediation, strategic planning, client relationship building, research and leadership.
For almost two decades, Ms. Schoep has established herself as a capable, caring business owner. She has extensive experience in law, previously as a Partner at a firm for ten years, as well as an Associate Attorney, practicing in criminal defense, workers’ compensation and personal injury. Her career in law started in 1984 when she was hired as a Law Clerk in the Chippewa County District Court and did legal research for district court judges, drafting findings and orders.
Ms. Schoep has established a strong network of referrals throughout the State of Minnesota. She ensures all of her clients receive quality legal representation as a result of work injuries, or who sustain injuries at home; or at play, due to no fault of their own, Ms. Schoep is proud to give a voice to injured individuals who cannot speak for themselves in a complicated workers’ compensation system or to bring a claim in a personal injury matter for clients. Schoep Law Firm employs one associate attorney Paul Yang and a dedicated legal secretary, Joan Piotrowski, who are essential in providing quality legal services to our clients throughout the state.
