Self-motivated, results oriented and driven to succeed, Kari Petrasek is a seasoned law professional who has constantly set her goals to keep pace with her highest aspirations for personal excellence. Throughout her career, she has exhibited exemplary leadership, expertise, integrity and dedication.
Ms. Petrasek is an accomplished solo Attorney at Petrasek Law, PLLC, in Mukilteo, WA. Her experience primarily lies in juvenile law, dependency and termination matters. An experienced Litigator, she also handles guardianship, elder law, estate planning and family law matters.
Currently President of the Snohomish County Bar Association, Ms. Petrasek is an active member and leader in the Solo Small Firm and General Practice division of the ABA. She also serves as a Washington delegate to the ABA House of Delegates.
Beyond her remarkable professional pursuits, Ms. Petrasek is a devoted advocate for children. She serves as a Guardian ad Litem for dependent children and is also a member of the Washington State CASA. She has served as a judge and commissioner pro tempore at Snohomish County Juvenile Court for the past six years.
Ms. Petrasek obtained her Juris Doctor from Seattle University School of Law. She is licensed to practice in Washington State, the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington and the US Supreme Court.
