Among the skills that have helped launch Ms. Graessle into this rewarding entrepreneurship in the lighting industry is her acute understanding of lighting design, green building, energy efficiency, lighting controls, architectural lighting, retail lighting, museum lighting, residential lighting, commercial lighting, sustainability, lighting manufacturing, logistics, construction management, project management and facilities maintenance.
Ms. Graessle received training in lean manufacturing, customer retention, client management, business development and a host of programs such as CAD and Intuit to name a few. She is a proud member of U.S. Green Builders Association, American Associations of Museum and WBENC. Ms. Graessle is currently applying to WOSB, SAM and is working on obtaining her Leed Certification.
