National Association of Professional Women Inducts Patricia Gamboa, Quality Manager of ESAB Welding and Cutting, into Its VIP Woman of the Year

The National Association of Professional Women (NAPW) honors Patricia Gamboa as a 2015-2016 inductee into its VIP Woman of the Year Circle. She is recognized with this prestigious distinction for leadership in management. With more than 700,000 members and over 200 operating Local Chapters, NAPW is the nation’s leading networking organization exclusively for professional women.

Self-motivated, results oriented and driven to succeed, Patricia Gamboa is a professional who has constantly set her career goals to keep pace with her highest aspirations for personal excellence. For almost five years, Ms. Gamboa has been the Quality Manager at ESAB Welding and Cutting. Her position’s responsibilities include collection and reporting key data and information relevant to daily operations, as well as all quality department functions and customer satisfaction.

Ms. Gamboa coordinates global quality certifications for the plant and contacts all customers directly. She is devoted to the company and participates in continuous improvement projects. ESAB is a world leader in the production of welding and cutting equipment and consumables. It is important to Ms. Gamboa that she keeps the quality and customer satisfaction this company had held for over 100 years.

Experienced in leading all aspects of operations, Ms. Gamboa specializes in supply chain management and project management skills. She is very knowledgeable and continues to want to learn about manufacturing, purchasing, production planning, engineering and quality. She plans to improve and grow within her field and is inspired to independently build a strong foundation for herself.
