NAPW Inducts Sylvie Adams, Director of Marketing & Communications, Employee Motivation & Performance Assessment, Inc., Into its VIP Woman of the Year Circle

She has worked in the administrative field, starting as an Executive Assistant and moving to Office and Personnel Manager as the needs of her employer changed. She has been an Office Manager for over 25 years.
Known for being efficient, dedicated, flexible and detail oriented, Ms. Adams is also excellent at multi-tasking, working well under pressure, meeting deadlines and adapting to change. “In my career, I’ve had a variety of administrative and management positions, such as encompassing general office administration, staff leadership / supervision, accounting, finance, human resources management and event coordination,” she said. Ms. Adams has a Bachelor’s, degree in French and Spanish from the University of Toronto.
