NAPW Announces Deanna Ransom, Director of Marketing/Songwriter/Gospel Recording Artist, LizaRan Music / SAP as a 2014 Professional Woman of the Year

Ms. Ransom is recognized with this prestigious distinction for leadership in business and the arts. In March of 2014 she received the Virtual Communication Excellence Award for "Best In Content Marketing.”
Ms. Ransom has also had much success as a songwriter and gospel recording artist and has won such honors as Rhythm of Gospel Artist of the Year (2013), Video of the Year (2012) and Song of the Year (2011). She admits to being inspired by her experience as a child singing in church and by such legends as Walter Hawkins, Elbernita ‘Twinkie’ Clark and Billie Holiday. Ms. Ransom has appeared on many national television programs, including Christian Broadcast Network's The 700 Club, BET's Bobby Jones Music and TBN's Praise The Lord, and has multiple albums available in major online retail outlets such as, iTunes, Amazon, Best Buy and Barnes and Nobles.
Brimming with plans for the near future, Ms. Ransom says, “We are planning a live CD recording for late 2014 and looking for roles in musicals. I’m also expanding my radio endeavors from small segments and guest appearances into co-hosting and eventually having my own show and launching my clothing business!”
