National Association of Professional Women Announces Donna C. Rutola, Vice President at Okay Industries, Inc., a 2014 Professional Woman of the Year

Ms. Rutola is recognized with this prestigious distinction for leadership in medical device manufacturing. For more than 40 years, Ms. Rutola has been at the helm of Okay Industries, Inc. She has been instrumental in the company’s success, expertly guiding it toward industry excellence as it emerged as one of the leading international medical device component manufacturing companies.
In her current role at Okay Industries, Ms. Rutola oversees many key departments including inside sales, purchasing, accounting and human resources. In addition to its expertise in stamping and machining a wide range of metals for the medical device industry, Okay also specializes in a number of other markets including automotive, defense / firearms and industrial markets.
Throughout her long and highly successful tenure with the company, Ms. Rutola has worn many hats, including that of General Manager during a critical time in the company’s history. In addition to her responsibilities as Okay’s Vice President, Ms. Rutola actively works to encourage more young women to enter the field of manufacturing. She acts as a mentor to young female professionals within and outside of the company, and looks forward to continuing her work in this area. “I hope to intensify my work helping other women in manufacturing to grow and thrive,” she says.
