Ms. Napoda is Owner and Principal of PMN Regulatory and Compliance Consulting, where she uses her expertise to help companies navigate the often-complex global medical device environment. In her role, she consults on all aspects of the medical device industry, including design, manufacturing, compliance and marketing.
With more than 30 years of experience working in healthcare manufacturing, Ms. Napoda is uniquely qualified to help others successfully run their companies. Before establishing PMN Regulatory and Compliance Consulting, she gained extensive knowledge and honed her industry skills in regulatory affairs, quality systems and compliance for medical devices. Ms. Napoda is familiar with both national and international markets, regulations and procedures, with a particular focus on Japan and China.
Excited about her company’s potential to expand, Ms. Napoda, who has a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Auburn University, is working tirelessly to network and grow PMN Regulatory and Compliance Consulting and launch a company website. A dedicated professional, she plans to take a more active role in industry organizations such as the Regulatory Affairs Professional Society and its local chapter, to ensure she stays up-to-date with industry trends and changes.
