Dr. Tanyanikia Younger-Gilbert, who has more than 25 years of experience working in the mental health field, is CEO and Founder of Tsage Center for Change, where she offers a variety of services, including life, career, executive and relationship coaching; human trafficking case work, parenting and anger management. Her work is geared toward helping individuals, families, couples and organizations achieve their goals both personally and professionally, by taking a holistic and customized approach.
Fostering self-awareness, acceptance, growth and empowerment in her clients is Dr. Younger-Gilbert’s mission. “I integrate the principles that motivate behavior change with each person’s unique experiences to create a realistic approach for addressing life’s challenges through exploration and discovery to identify and build relationships, skills and systems needed to move forward in a con dent and secure way, no matter where they are in their life journey,” she said.
Dr. Younger-Gilbert hosts weekly podcasts and facilitates skill-building workshops to reduce anxiety and develop life skills. In addition to her work at Tsage Center For Change, Inc., Dr. Younger-Gilbert is a Psychological Assistant for Dr. Inga Simonian, a Clinical Psychologist. In her role, she manages a variety of responsibilities, including psychotherapy, evaluations, clinical interviews, crisis intervention/ management and more.
Passionate about sharing her knowledge and expertise with others, Dr. Younger-Gilbert is currently completing her autobiography, a self-help book that will show others how to use their resiliency to overcome obstacles in their lives.
