Agape Counseling and Therapeutic Services was founded on the Virginia Peninsula in February 2000 with the primary goal to equip each client with the necessary tools and skills to improve their quality of life. ACTS provides a full range of counseling, including outpatient counseling, Christian-based counseling, geriatric case management, anger management, addiction counseling, marital counseling and individual counseling.
Ms. Baker-Scott received her Master degrees in Psychology and Social Work from the University of Southern California.
