The National Association of Professional Women (NAPW) honors Brenda S. Kloberdanz as a 2015-2016 inductee into its VIP Woman of the Year Circle. She is recognized with this prestigious distinction for leadership in business. NAPW is the nation’s leading networking organization exclusively for professional women, boasting 850,000 members and over 200 operating Local Chapters.

“I’m pleased to recognize Brenda with this important honor,” said NAPW President Star Jones. “Her perseverance, work ethic and leadership qualities are an inspiration to all women.”

Brenda S. Kloberdanz is a results driven professional with extensive experience in the automotive, aerospace, telecom and metals industries. Currently, her professional title is Manager Business Operations & Program Controls at LGS Innovations.

Throughout her career Ms. Kloberdanz built an impressive resume of experience leading product engineering teams through all stages of the product life cycle. She has an extensive track record of identifying process or product gaps along with the solutions required to close those gaps.

Ms. Kloberdanz’s engineering career began as a Plant Metallurgist at Howmet, a company specializing in investment casting, and she also held positions at the Chrysler Group. She has written a number of industry-articles. “Hydrogen Embrittlement in Automotive Fastener Applications” was published in the American Fasteners Journal, and “Hydrogen Embrittlement in Automotive Fastener Applications” was published in the SAE Technical Paper Series #960312.
