NAPW honors Minister Lugenia R. Ojemann of All For HIM Ministries as a 2014 Professional Woman of the Year. She is recognized with this prestigious distinction for leadership in business. As the largest, most-recognized organization of women in the country, spanning virtually every industry and profession, the National Association of Professional Women (NAPW) is a powerfully vibrant networking community with over 600,000 members and nearly 300 Local Chapters.

The central focus of Ms. Ojemann’s career has been in the information technology sector. Throughout her 27-year career she worked for many industry leaders including Drillmec, LeTourneau Technologies, Hewlett Packard and Exxon. Her many industry skills include HW/SW procurement, vendor evaluation criteria, nationwide processing of IT purchase requests, help desk support, project presentations and project proposals. Some of Ms. Ojemann’s titles include Document Control Engineering Laison, Engineering Project Manager, IS Coordinator/Systems Administrator and Project Lead Trainer.

An enormous source of soul enrichment for Ms. Ojemann has been her involvement with All for HIM Ministries were she is the President of the organization and an ordained Minister. "Practicing my faith and giving back to the community helps enrich my secular work," says Minister Ojemann, who is committed to serving the higher good. Her ministry helps to establish and fund Bible Studies through a Discipleship Program within jails and prisons in the United States and sponsors mission trips to an orphanage in Tipitapa, Nicaragua. After being in existence for only 15 months, All for Him Ministries has a membership of more than 470 inmates in over 100 prisons throughout the states of Indiana, Texas and Louisiana
