She currently keeps pace with the exciting challenges that accompany the evolution of her field through dedication and hard work.
As an innovator, Ms. Schroeder is responsible for the creation and adoption of cross-functional process development as well as new vendor adoption and relationship management. She effectively integrates, streamlines, and improves efficiencies for daily operations. “I capitalize on my attention to detail and my understanding of our business systems to gain performance and system efficiencies,” said Ms. Schroeder.
