National Association of Professional Women Inducts Janet Chisom, Owner at Christian Brothers Moving Service, Into its VIP Woman of the Year Circle
Garden City, NY (PRWEB) June 30, 2015 -- The National Association of Professional Women (NAPW) honors Janet Chisom as a 2015-2016 inductee into its VIP Woman of the Year Circle. She is recognized with this prestigious distinction for leadership in business. NAPW is the nation’s leading networking organization exclusively for professional women, boasting more than 700,000 members and over 200 operating Local Chapters.
“It gives me great pleasure to present Janet with this important honor,” said NAPW President Star Jones. “She used her expertise to build a successful moving service enterprise.”
Ms. Chisom began her career in healthcare, but left her position in 2001 in order to become a full-time partner in her husband Willie’s company. After a tragic accident claimed her husband, Ms. Chisom had to pick up the torch and carry on at Christian Brothers Moving Service for the sake of herself and her two daughters.
Since taking over the business seven years ago, Ms. Chisom has developed a strong set of professional and personal skills, including maintaining a good working relationship with employees, customer service, office management, human resources and basic business operations. Her continued hard work, motivation and dedication to her business has brought much success to her company.
“My two biggest accomplishments have been gaining the trust of my customers and earning a reputation of being a reliable moving company in this area,” Ms. Chisom said, “My dedication to the company and my employees earned us the Esteemed 2014 Angie’s List Super Service Award, which reflects a company’s consistent, high-level customer service.”
The most challenging task at Christian Brothers Moving Service is keeping all tasks up to date and on time, which includes ensuring the licenses and insurance for each vehicle are active. Ms. Chisom is rewarded daily knowing how well her company is doing and that her business is one her customers can rely on.
