National Association of Professional Women Inducts Daphne Bates, Owner of Neat-N-Trim, Into its VIP Professional Woman of the Year Circle

She is recognized with this prestigious distinction for leadership in business. Ms. Bates is the owner of Neat-N-Trim, a premier, full-service lawn care and landscaping company. Located in Canton, MS, Neat-N-Trim provides services to residential and commercial customers in Canton and its surrounding areas.
In her role as sole proprietor, Ms. Bates is responsible for all aspects of the business, including sales and marketing, customer service, human resources and finance. She is also the creative force behind Neat-N-Trim and oversees a staff of landscaping professionals. Working with her team, Ms. Bates ensures that customers receive meticulous lawn care, innovative landscape design services, and expert planting, excavating and maintenance.
In addition to honing her industry skills and expertise through hands-on involvement in the company, Ms. Bates has a Master’s degree in Landscaping from Lamhurst University. She is actively involved with the local Highway Patrol Fund, as well as St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
