The National Association of Professional Women (NAPW) honors Aileen Boone as a 2015-2016 inductee into its VIP Woman of the Year Circle. She is recognized with this prestigious distinction for leadership in health and wellness. NAPW is the nation's leading networking organization exclusively for professional women, boasting more than 700,000 members and over 200 operating Local Chapters.

“As a retired Air Force Physical Therapist, I’ve always had a health and wellness mindset. I’ve enjoyed helping people as a Therapist,” said Mrs. Boone, who has selflessly dedicated 20 years to serving America's Air Force members as a Physical Therapist. Stationed at seven different bases across the globe, she quickly became an expert on life-saving rehabilitation programs after injuries to the back, neck, knees and muscles.

Today, Mrs. Boone applies her extensive background and dedication to wellness as Marketing Director and Recruiter at Melaleuca, a wellness company specializing in natural, concentrated and toxic-free cleaning products. With the company for only three years, she has already become a guiding mentor to her team and masterful at coordinating insightful, purpose-driven marketing sales strategies. Mrs. Boone is a staunch advocate for prevention and makes it her personal mission to educate the public on harmful toxins in the home and to promote reliance on natural products.

Mrs. Boone was recently promoted to Director V within Melaleuca. She plans to make innovative changes within her department with the ultimate goal of making the American home a safer, healthier place. “People reaching goals, well, that’s the stuff life is all about. And not just any goals. Big goals. The desire to be happy. To be well. In every aspect of life,” she says.

NAPW’s mission is to provide an exclusive networking forum to successful professional women where they can aspire, connect and achieve. Through innovative resources, tools and benefits, members interact, exchange ideas, advance their knowledge and empower each other.
