National Association of Professional Women Inducts Malisha Harris, Retired Major at USAF, NC Into its VIP Woman of the Year Circle

She is recognized with this prestigious distinction for leadership in the federal government. Self-motivated, results oriented and driven to succeed, Malisha Harris is a seasoned professional who has constantly set her goals to keep pace with her highest aspirations for personal excellence. Throughout her career, she has exhibited exemplary teamwork, expertise, integrity and dedication.
In 2000, Ms. Harris graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, which led her to Moses Cone Hospital in Greensboro, NC, where she worked in the Cardio / Neuro Telemetry Unit for 8months. She decided to take a bold leap and join the United States Air Force, Nurse Corp. Ms. Harris served for a total of 13 years, 10 months and 12 days, retiring on March 1, 2015.
After recently receiving her Master’s degree in Business Administration, Ms. Harris is now in the beginning stages of launching her own online business. She just started My Online Business Education (M.O.B.E affiliated with Matt Lloyd) and will be working remotely. Her key responsibilities will be to help customers solve problems, develop successful networking, connect with other entrepreneurs and develop positive, long-lasting relationships. Ms. Harris has also signed a contract with Xulon Press, Inc., to complete her second book. She is justifiably proud of all her professional achievements and continues to grow. She will be starting classes to obtain her Ph.D. in Education in March 2016.
