She has experience in surgical nursing, intensive care nursery nursing, insurance company review, psychiatric nursing, compliance and behavioral health. Presently, Ms. Schiermeister's responsibilities include having in-depth knowledge of the Hospice Conditions of Participation that are regulated by the Federal Government (Center for Medicare/Medicaid Services of CMS).
