National Association of Professional Women Announces Michele N. Young, Venture Manager at ExxonMobil, as a 2014 Professional Woman of the Year

With each role Ms. Young took on, she has carefully honed her skills in management, leadership and technical support.
Twenty years later, Ms. Young continues to be an important player at the world’s largest international oil and gas company. As Venture Manager at ExxonMobil, Ms. Young is instrumental in ensuring the company continues to provide energy around the globe, helping economies grow and improving the standards of living for millions of people.
Ms. Young earned her Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Rensselear Polytechnic Institute (RPI). She is also an active member of the RPI Industry Advisory Committee.
