National Association of Professional Women Inducts Meg (Mary Ellen) Gulsrud, Clinical Nurse Educator, inVentiv Health, Into its VIP Professional Woman of the Year Circle

“I have always wanted to be a Registered Nurse,” said Ms. Gulsrud. “I love science, and applying it to help people feel better and become healthy seemed like a great career choice.” She went on to obtain her B.S.N. from Pacific Lutheran University and has worked steadily for the past four decades in various nursing positions. “I have mastered the technical and pathophysiological challenges of every specialty department I have worked in,” she added.
Ms. Gulsrud is nationally certified as an Infusion and Oncology Nurse as well as a Case Manager. Her current position is Clinical Nurse Educator at inVentive Health, where she shares her knowledge, skills and years of experience with others in the nursing profession. Noting the many changes that have been occurring—and those yet to come—in the healthcare industry, Ms. Gulsrud looks forward to staying involved in the industry, helping other nursing professionals as they navigate those changes. “I plan to continue working for another decade, assisting people in the transformation of our healthcare system,” she said.
