NAPW honors Nora Misiolek as a 2014 Professional Woman of the Year. Ms. Misiolek is recognized with this prestigious distinction for leadership in coaching. Before embarking on a career as a personal and professional coach and establishing I THRIVE!, Dr. Misiolek held faculty positions at two academic institutions and also established her own consulting company. While she found the world of academia to be rewarding, Dr. Misiolek ultimately decided to pursue a career in coaching so that she can partner with individuals to “help them be the best that they can be, whether that’s personally or professionally.”
Dr. Misiolek was recently certified as a Professional Certified Coach in Executive Coaching through International Coach Federation. She has a Ph.D. in Information Science, Technology, an M.B.A. in Innovation Management and Marketing and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Interdisciplinary Linguistics. At I THRIVE!, Dr. Misiolek offers personal and career coaching in a vast array of areas, including wellness, executive, leadership and much more.
Working in true partnership with each client, Dr. Misiolek is able to use all of her well-honed skills to advise, encourage and guide individuals toward achieving their personal and/or professional goals. In addition to working with individual clients, she also offers group coaching services in a variety of settings.
