NAPW honors Pura J. Rosa, Project Manager, as a 2014 Professional Woman of the Year. Ms. Rosa is recognized with this prestigious distinction for leadership in pharmaceutical manufacturing. “My goal is to provide the best project management support as an independent contractor through Plastics Technical Solutions, a leader within the industry,” says Pura J. Rosa.
Ms. Rosa has been working in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry managing and transferring products, providing customer service and supporting organizational changes through re-engineering and lean manufacturing. With her comprehensive senior-level experience in all disciplines of customer-focused project management, she has proven to be a catalyst for change in her company, combining tactical execution of strategic initiatives with strong leadership.
Presently, Ms. Rosa is assisting her company with its initiative to spearhead quality programs across complex organizations. She has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Puerto Rico in Mechanical Engineering.
