National Association of Professional Women Announces Pura J. Rosa, Project Manager / Independent Consultant, as a 2014 Professional Woman of the Year

Ms. Rosa is recognized with this prestigious distinction for leadership in pharmaceutical manufacturing. Ms. Rosa has been working in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry managing and transferring products, providing customer service and supporting organizational changes through re-engineering and lean manufacturing. With her comprehensive senior-level experience in all disciplines of customer-focused project management, she has proven to be a catalyst for change in her company, combining tactical execution of strategic initiatives with strong leadership.
Presently, Ms. Rosa is assisting her company with its initiative to spearhead quality programs across complex organizations. She has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Puerto Rico in Mechanical Engineering.
