Bonnie Kiefer built a reputation as an innovative sales and marketing strategist who drives sales and profits for large-sized companies. With a career that spans more than 25 years in pharmaceutical sales, Ms. Kiefer has proven her exceptional capabilities for identifying profitable markets, successfully overcoming business challenges, implementing consultative sales approaches, building new businesses and maximizing growth. Her fair and proactive approach as a manager garnered her much respect from the many sales professionals she helped to shape throughout her career.
Ms. Kiefer’s climb up the corporate ladder began as a fledgling sales representative at Pfizer, the pharmaceutical giant. It was there she honed her innate talent for sales and mastered many titles including Medical Sales Representative, CNS Specialty Representative, Regional Director of Operations and District Manager. After Pfizer, Ms. Kiefer worked as District Manager for inVentive Health, until her present position with the US-based Japanese pharmaceutical company, Shionogi, where she creates and develops high performing sales teams in the Indiana / Chicago area.
In all of her positions, Ms. Kiefer succeeded in streamlining and strengthening sales operations that resulted in improved customer experiences and greater profitability. She was the recipient of seven national President's Club awards while working in different positions in various companies and was inducted into the Pfizer Hall of Fame in 2009.
