NAPW honors Stephanie Adriana Westover as a 2015 Professional Woman of the Year. Ms. Westover is recognized with this prestigious distinction for leadership in photography. While working as a top model, Ms. Westover was exposed to the work of many talented photographers. Paying close attention to their techniques, she learned much about the intricacies of lighting and composition. Eventually, Ms. Westover turned her interest in photography into a full-time career and has enjoyed a successful photography business for 15 years.
Specializing in equine, wedding and boudoir photography, Ms. Westover is the Owner of Capturing True Emotion LLC. Her work has appeared in numerous industry magazines, including Cowboys & Indian, Ladera Ranch Magazine, Coto de Caza Quarterly and Wrangler, as well as in hotels, restaurants and homes around the country.
Passionate about her craft, Ms. Westover travels throughout the US teaching photography classes at hands-on workshops in 20 states. From basic photography skills to different techniques to information about the latest trends in cameras and other equipment, Ms. Westover shares her knowledge with beginners and seasoned professionals. Capturing True Emotion LLC also offers online courses and one-on-one coaching.
