“Treating patients with bio-identical hormones has been the best and most fulfilling aspect of my career,” says Dr. Matos-Cloke. She decided to seek training and open her company, Advanced Hormone Solutions, due to the enormous influx of patients seeking non-pharmaceutical prescription therapy to alleviate their peri-menopausal, menopausal and andropausal symptoms.
Dr. Matos-Cloke sought out the internationally recognized expert and pioneer in hormone replacement therapy, Dr. Gino Tutera of SottoPelle® in Scottsdale, AZ, and began training with him. Since that time, she has been offering bio-identical hormone therapy to women and men who feel they have nowhere else to turn. She has been incorporating bio-identical hormone therapy into her practice since 2010.
A Board Certified Internist with more than 20 years of experience, Dr. Matos-Cloke has ten years of experience teaching primary care medicine to residents and medical students. She received the Faculty Teaching Achievement Award for Inpatient and Outpatient teaching and was included in America's Top Physicians in 2012.
