National Association of Professional Women Announces Alicia Allen, M.B.A., M.A., B.S., Property Manager at Agrium US Inc., a 2015 Professional Woman of the Year

For the past three years, Ms. Allen has held the role of Property Manager at Agrium US Inc., a major retail supplier of agricultural products and services in North America, South America and Australia. Before taking on the management position, she was Property Coordinator. During her tenure at Agrium US Inc., Ms. Allen has steadily honed her management skills and industry knowledge. From customer service and computer skills to budget preparation and contract negotiations, Ms. Allen successfully manages the day-to-day operations of her department. She effectively communicates with her co-workers and excels at team leadership, knowing how and when to motivate and counsel her staff. She is also active in the Agrium Women's Leadership Group.
Ms. Allen has a Master of Business Administration in Sustainability Studies from the University of Colorado at Denver, a Master’s degree in Sports and Entertainment Management from the University of Colorado at Denver and a Bachelor of Science in Business / Commerce, General, from the University of Northern Colorado. She has also earned a Paralegal Certificate from Aims Community College.
