National Association of Professional Women Announces Linda S. Larabee, VP of Asset Management, TriStone Realty Management, LLC, a 2014-2015 Professional Woman of the Year

Larabee, CCIM, RPA,Vice President of Asset Management at TriStone Realty Management, LLC, as a 2014-2015 Professional Woman of the Year. Ms. Larabee is recognized with this prestigious distinction for leadership in business. After six months, she moved into accounting and within two years, Ms. Larabee was running the company’s accounting operations. She eventually transitioned into property management, where she soon found her calling.
Ms. Larabee has more than 20 years of senior level professional experience in management, development and leasing of commercial real estate of all product types. In 2007, she joined Principle Equity Properties, LP (dba TriStone) in Houston as Director of Asset Management. In 2012, she was promoted to Vice President in recognition for her demonstrated strengths in leadership, policy and procedure development, mentoring, acquisitions, lease negotiations and solution-oriented problem solving.
With a present portfolio of over 4M RSF consisting of 16 assets in ten different states, Ms. Larabee presently oversees a staff of more than 40 individuals located throughout the country. Known in the industry as a professional with a rainmaker attitude, Ms. Larabee has proven her abilities with numerous successes delivering revenue results through the recruitment and procurement of high-profile assignments, the development of dynamic sales teams and the establishment of efficient management offices.
