She has played an integral part in bringing success to clients as a result of her diversified academic and professional background in litigation, dispute resolution and tax. While her practice is concentrated in California, Ms. Tsoong maintains licenses in New York and the District of Columbia.
Throughout her career, Ms. Tsoong has constantly pursued her professional development, expanding the areas of her expertise in order to gain greater responsibility and accountability as a legal services specialist.
Ms. Tsoong holds a Master of Law in Taxation from Boston University, with a focus on estate planning and international tax.
