Prior to her present position, Ms. Lester worked at Baptist Hospital of Eastern Tennessee as Manager ICU/CCU/3C. She also held the position of Manager Nursing Administration at Fort Sanders Regional Hospital in the city of Knoxville.
Ms. Lester’s skills and areas of expertise include business management, overall operations, and leadership. She oversees the functioning of key systems vital to clinic operations, including efficient systems for scheduling, management of clinic flow and referral tracking.
Her current position at Recovery Treatment Center fully utilizes the scholarship, dedication and aspirations for success according to her personal standards of excellence that have earned her this recognition from NAPW, honored she is a peer of women who have already established themselves as leaders and mentors in their professions.
