NAPW honors Cari M. Alicea, Staff Support Analyst, Maintenance Department at the Phillips 66 Bayway Refinery, as a 2015 Professional Woman of the Year. Ms. Alicea is recognized with this prestigious distinction for leadership in business. As the largest, most-recognized networking organization of professional women in the country, spanning virtually every industry and profession, the National Association of Professional Women is a powerfully vibrant networking community with over 600,000 members and over 200 Local Chapters.

Cari M. Alicea is highly valued as Staff Support Analyst at the Phillips 66 Bayway Refinery. She provides administrative and analytical support to the maintenance manager and staff, as well as cost / budget analysis on multi-million dollar projects to the Turnaround and Capital Projects Team.

Ms. Alicea received her CAP-OM designation in May 2006, and has been recently re-certified by the International Association of Administrative Professionals. “I also hold the Communications Lead position of the Phillips 66 Bayway Refinery's Women's Network for professional and career development, working towards empowering, supporting and facilitating the development of women to their full potential," says Ms. Alicea.

Ms. Alicea has held numerous positions of responsibility during her 15 years with Phillips 66 Bayway Refinery, including Inventory Control Analyst, Human Resources Administrative Assistant, Maintenance Department Administrative Assistant and Maintenance Department Analyst.
