She oversees the installation of new systems equipment, including POS systems and telecommunication devices and provides relevant information to upper management for store planning.
Ms. Cave has a reputation for overseeing new stores, their relocation and expansion projects which, under her direct supervision, is delivered successfully and on time. She is also responsible for ensuring compliance with the company and its legal policies, procedures and regulations and is effective at driving sales using effective merchandising presentations.
