National Association of Professional Women Inducts Rocca Petruzzelli, Human Resources Administrator at The Resicom Group, into its 2015-2016 Woman of the Year Circle

As Human Resources Administrator at The Resicom Group, which provides facilities maintenance and construction services, Ms. Petruzzelli is responsible for administrating all employee benefits. She started her career at the company as an Office Manager.
Over the last 15 years, Ms. Petruzzelli has steadily climbed the corporate ladder, taking on added responsibilities with each new position. Prior to joining The Resicom Group, Ms. Petruzzelli worked as a Recruitment Administrator at a large international law firm as well as Director of Career Services at The John Marshall Law School.
To her current role, Ms. Petruzzelli brings her skills and expertise in human resources, and manages the day-to-day operations of the department. She is knowledgeable in many aspects of HR benefits administration, including insurance, 401K, personnel compliance and company knowledge bank. Ms. Petruzzelli uses her communication and organizational skills as she interacts with staff and employees. Her keen ability to listen to and guide employees in all HR aspects, as well as her willingness to take on a leadership role as she mentors and coaches staff, is key to her professional success. Ms. Petruzzelli has a Bachelor of Arts in English from DePaul University. She stays up-to-date on current industry changes and standardization by being an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
