Christy White has been with Arbonne, a leader in health and nutrition products, for more than four years. As Senior Manager, she is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the customer service contact center, which includes consistent achievement of key performance indicator metrics, such as quality, productivity and attendance. Ms. White also assists the Director with implementation and operational effectiveness of a broad range of voice, email and on-line service enhancements.
