Throughout the course of her exceptional 20-plus-year career in the natural gas industry, Tracy Halleck has played an active role in the growth of each organization she has been a part of. She began in the industry as an entry-level Operations Analyst for Texas Ohio Gas in 1996, amazing herself at how easily she excelled.
“I was moved up the ladder, so to speak, very quickly,” said Ms. Halleck. “I began to realize that I was a really good teacher and was managing people after a couple years, the concepts of moving natural gas across the country came very easily to me and that I loved the challenge each day.”

In her role, Ms. Halleck markets the four Northeast storage facilities within Crestwood Midstream Partners. With approximately 36 Bcf of natural gas storage capacity, the facilities serve producers and pipeline shippers in both New York and Pennsylvania primarily in the prolific Marcellus Shale play.
Ms. Halleck also regularly meets with industry colleagues to discuss new pipeline projects, production forecasts and trading trends and informs them of how they can benefit from Crestwood’s storage and transportation portfolio. She is currently working with Crestwood to pursue multiple organic growth projects in both gas storage and transportation.
“My many years of experience in the natural gas industry have helped me to be a well-known commodity in the industry with a great reputation with every pipeline and counterparty I’ve done business with,” she said.
