NAPW Inducts Cecelia Dawe-Gillis, M.S.N., Owner, Celegrande Coaching / Palm Purpose, Into its VIP Professional Woman of the Year Circle
Garden City, NY (PRWEB) February 17, 2016 -- The National Association of Professional Women (NAPW) honors Cecelia Dawe-Gillis as a 2015-2016 inductee into its VIP Woman of the Year Circle. She is recognized with this prestigious distinction for leadership in consulting, coaching and personal growth. NAPW is the nation’s leading networking organization exclusively for professional women, boasting over 850,000 members and over 200 operating Local Chapters.
“I’m pleased to recognize Cecelia with this important honor,” said NAPW President Star Jones. “Her perseverance, work ethic and leadership qualities are an inspiration to all women.”
A former Captain in the United States Navy, Cecelia Dawe-Gillis brings an impressive resume to her work as Consultant and Coach, as well as Owner of her own coaching firm. She specializes in strategic business as well as personal coaching with a step-by-step plan to overcome barriers. Her work also utilizes a systematic and holistic approach to boosting sales revenues and overall job satisfaction.
“When I was a teen, I had a summer job as a ‘Mother’s Helper,’” said Ms. Dawe-Gillis. “Now, I assist coaches by decoding their clients’ life purposes so they can jump start their coaching process. So, I guess you can say I’m the ‘Coach’s Helper.’ My work saves hours of coaching time.”
During her time in the Navy, Ms. Dawe-Gillis monitored the case management component of a $7M managed care government contract. Putting her Navy experience to work in her coaching, she generated a cost avoidance of $1M to the Navy Medical Department by conceptualizing and implementing a hospital early discharge-planning program.
Ms. Dawe-Gillis incorporates Sacred Money Archetypes into her body of work, a coaching approach with a focus on financial stability. She is certified to teach Sacred Money Archetypes through Kendall Summer Hawk Money, Marketing and Soul. “The better we know who and how we are with money, the greater strides we can make,” she said. She is also a Certified Professional Coach through Fowler Wainwright International and an IIHA Certified Hand Analyst through the International Institute for Hand Analysis.
When not coaching for her business, Ms. Dawe-Gillis is a board member of Let’s Talk, LLC, where she gives talks on economic empowerment. She is looking to volunteer as a pro bono consultant and supports Girls with Goals Alliance.
