National Association of Professional Women Inducts Joyce Navary, Realtor, Weichert Realtors, Brockwell & Portwood, Into its VIP Professional Woman of the Year Circle
Garden City, NY (PRWEB) September 08, 2015 -- The National Association of Professional Women (NAPW) honors Joyce Navary as a 2015-2016 inductee into its VIP Woman of the Year Circle. She is recognized with this prestigious distinction for leadership in real estate. NAPW is the nation’s leading networking organization exclusively for professional women, boasting more than 770,000 members and over 200 operating Local Chapters.
“I’m pleased to recognize Joyce with this important honor,” says NAPW President Star Jones. “Her perseverance, work ethic and leadership qualities are an inspiration to all women.”
Thinking of retirement after a 37-year career as a Teacher for special needs children, Joyce Navary began to look into other options. With a natural love for working with people and for the public, real estate seemed like a good place to branch off in a new direction. For the past eight years, she has been a Realtor at Weichert Realtors, Brockwell & Portwood.
“I work with buyers to find the home that fits their family’s needs and budget, as well as coordinate with lenders, inspectors, appraisers, contractors, attorneys and other realtors,” she said.
Ms. Navary is justifiably proud of her accomplishments as a Realtor. During the market’s downturn, she wrote and published a book titled On the Move! A Guide to Buying and Selling Your Home. It is a comprehensive introduction for the first-time home buyer or seller. Within the last two years, her hard work has paid off. Her clients nominated her and she was awarded the Five Star Professional Award for Realtors in the Richmond area.
Interacting with people for most of her career, Ms. Navary has exceptional communication skills and is able to give her clients clear explanations, detailed negotiations and thoughtful considerations. Through the transactions, a relationship is built between the clients and Ms. Navary cherishes the bonds she develops with them over the years. “These relationships are born in the transaction but can last for years and years because we have developed a bond throughout the very important life process of buying or selling a home. My clients become a part of my life.”
Awards & Accomplishments: Master’s, Virginia Commonwealth University, Administration and Supervision; Top Weichert Associate 2014, Real Estate Agent 5 Star Professional Award for Richmond, Top 5 in the Nation for the Weichert Lead Network
