While in the position of Territory Director for Intracorp, she was responsible for financial forecasting and budgeting, including coordinating and implementing extensive downsizing and aftermath solutions. As Senior Executive with The Guilford Group, Ms. Highcove performed management consulting functions in human resources, workers' compensation and integrated disability management for multi-state employers with a combined work force of over 30,000 employees.
Thirteen years ago, Ms. Highcove decided to go into business for herself. Highcove Consulting has been thriving ever since, providing vocational case management in workers' compensation and long-term disability, including vocation assessment, job preparedness training, job placement, labor market surveys and legal documentation. Her exceptional reputation for possessing competencies in all areas of vocational consulting has made her an in-demand consultant throughout the states of Maryland and Virginia, and Washington, DC.
Ms. Highcove is skilled at case management services, rehabilitation programs, file reviews, career assessment, resume development and preparation, counseling in Maryland and DC Workers' Compensation, long- and short-term disability and medical case management services for attorneys, medical providers, insurance companies and self-insured employers. Highcove Consulting's services also include expert witness in workers' compensation, general liability, LTD, divorce and Social Security cases.
