Ms. Johnson currently serves as Principal in Transitions-VT, a life-coaching practice and as HR Practice Leader in Success 360, LLP, consulting with small- and medium-sized Vermont businesses to provide integrated human resource (HR) analysis and business planning strategies. She recently retired from her position as Associate Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at the University of Vermont. She has specialized in the development of management practices and reward systems that strengthen and encourage high-performing individuals and organizations.
Throughout her career, Ms. Johnson has lectured frequently in human resource management at the graduate level, and she is an invited Speaker at professional conferences on change management, ethical practices, innovative pay practices, career development and women in management. She currently Chairs the Board of the Employee Benefit Trust of the Unitarian Universalist Association. In addition to HR consulting, she has integrated her skills as a Reiki Master Practitioner and community herbalist into her Life Coaching practice.
