Ms. Delgado is Employee Relations and Labor HR Manager at Comcast, which specializes in broadcast, cable, entertainment and media. Since taking on her role, she has consistently proven her strengths in the areas of management, human resources, payroll reporting audits, talent acquisition, compliance and employee relations. Her additional skills and areas of expertise include strategic planning, maximum potential outcome, conflict resolution, benefits, workers’ compensation, succession planning and teamwork building.
After receiving her Master’s degree in Forensic Studies and Human Behavior from National University, Ms. Delgado is currently completing her second Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Walden University. She is involved with the Society for Human Resource Management.
