Mrs. Rogers’ skills and areas of expertise include finance, budgeting and accounting. She is currently involved with the Building Industry Association (BIA), California Association of Community Managers (CACM), Community Associations Institute (CAI) and Executive Council of Home Owners (ECHO). She is also passionate about charitable organizations and supports San Diego Women’s Foundation and the Wounded Warrior Project.
