Ms. Duncan is Senior Director Trade Development East at The Wine Group (TWG), the world’s third-largest wine producer by volume. She brings to her position a wealth of industry experience in such areas as category management, trade marketing, channel strategies and national accounts.
At TWG, Ms. Duncan skillfully leads a team of National Account Managers in the Southeast and Texas. Using her excellent communication and leadership skills, and her outstanding ability to build, nurture and maintain relationships with vendors and staff alike, Ms. Duncan continuously exceeds sales goals and grows her account base.
Before joining TWG, whose portfolio of leading brands includes Cupcake, Franzia, flipflop and Almaden, Ms. Duncan held numerous managerial roles at Diageo - US Spirits, a global leader in beverage alcohols. Her professionalism, dedication and strong work ethic have garnered her numerous industry awards, including GLAAD Leadership Council 25 Year Anniversary Award (2011); Golden Bar Awards for Innovation (2010); nominated for Dist of the Year and Excellence on Crown Royal; Golden Bar Award Innovation - Cask 16 (2008); South Division NAM of the Year (2007) and Special Recognition Award - Relationship with Food Lion (2003).
