Ana C. Marano is retail store manager at BCBG MaxAzria, which specializes in retail clothing and design. Ms. Marano has attained the highest level of membership to the National Association of Professional Women as a VIP Woman of the Year and has been recognized for outstanding leadership and commitment within her profession.

Ms. Marano has a rich background in retail. Prior to working for BCBG MaxAzria, she was in the banking industry with Bank of America, Wachovia Corporation until it was acquired by Wells Fargo and BBV Bancomer Bank from Mexico.

After many years in banking, Ms. Marano, along with her husband, as small business owners acquired ownership of a retail store and distributorships. Presently, she enjoys the fashion-forward atmosphere. During her four years with BCBG MaxAzria, Ms. Marano has consistently and successfully met her company’s targets and policies, maximizing profits while minimizing costs. Recognized for instilling loyalty in her staff and motivating them to meet daily sales targets, Ms. Marano’s excellent customer care has always been compliant with BCBG's superior standards.
