Propeller Expands to Denver

A robust business climate is important, and the prevalence of high-performing companies with innovative, highly engaged company cultures got us excited to partner with Denver’s business community.

Propeller, nationally recognized for its rapid growth and being a top workplace, announced today the opening of its Denver office, the company’s fourth location. Based in Portland, Oregon, Propeller also recently opened a Silicon Valley office and also has a location in San Francisco.

Propeller was founded in 2012, and the last few years has experienced 35 percent year-over-year revenue growth. Propeller works with some of the country’s top employers at the forefront of business.

“We don’t grow just to grow. We want to grow in a way that reflects our values,” said co-founder Jeff Foley, who is leading the Denver expansion. “We’re particular in selecting a location – Silicon Valley or Denver – for expansion. A robust business climate is important, and the prevalence of high-performing companies with innovative, highly engaged company cultures got us excited to partner with Denver’s business community.”

In addition to services inherent to management consulting — such as strategy, project management, process optimization and business analysis — Propeller has expertise in change management; Agile transformation; data and analytics; and customer and employee experience.

“In today’s business world, speed is key. Companies must rapidly innovate and keep pace with changing markets and industries to stay competitive,” said Foley. “We can help business leaders navigate these challenges – be they in health care, consumer products, manufacturing, telecommunications or other industries.”

Propeller is hosting a free, interactive event Oct. 24 in Denver called, “Removing Organizational Barriers in Agile Transformation.” Using “Empathy Mapping,” participants will develop a deeper understanding of common barriers to successfully adopting Agile methodologies, including how to identify and communicate with different personality types that can prevent progress. Attendees can register online.

“Commit to People” is a leading tenet for Propeller, and the company was recently named a finalist for 2019 Best Corporate Steward by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation. Last year it completed seven pro bono projects dedicated to hosting and leading professional development workshops, board off-sites, speed mentoring sessions for small business owners, as well as leadership goal setting and business planning seminars.
