RealBiz Media boasts largest collection of video based listing on the market today with over 2.5 million listings

According to, mobile devices are set to surpass desktop computers as consumers’ preferred search method of accessing real estate sites, and many agents are struggling to get in on the trend. To solve this problem, RealBiz has announced a new platform that integrates the NestBuilder Mobile app, along with the ezflix app.

Agents can now participate in a program that allows them to invite clients to use the NestBuilder mobile app. When clients become users - they will be able to associate their account with an agent, making that agent the only point of contact for all homes on the NestBuilder app. This enables agents to retain their clients while customizing the app to their own personal preference - essentially turning NestBuilder Mobile into their very own affordable application.

As a client retention tool, the app will ensure that participating agents will no longer lose their clients to the growth of mobile search. With many agent’s personal websites being non-responsive on mobile devices, the NestBuilder Mobile program allows agents to subscribe to a cost-effective mobile retention tool.

In addition, agents who participate in the NestBuilder Mobile program will also receive access to the ezflix app. Ezflix allows agents to take photos of their own listings and replace them with video - giving the consumer the ultimate home shopping experience from their mobile phone or tablet. Ezflix also allows agents the opportunity to produce introduction videos, community videos that highlight the local area, and syndication to all major MLS feeds and portals.

This app will provide the ability to have access to all the NestBuilder listing in video format. It will work with the recently launched ezflix app to create more personalized home listings and it will do this all for a fraction of the cost of agent building their own website.
