The award winning Midlands based Indian Restaurant Cafe Simla has had their old website replaced with a new mobile friendly responsive design. This follows the start of a social media marketing campaign earlier in the year.
Think Cloud Studio have been working with the owners of the award winning Indian Food Restaurant Cafe Simla since February 2014. So far the work carried out has brought the internet presence for the Indian Restaurant up to date. Rumours had started locally that the restaurant had been purchased or planned to become a McDonald's drive through. This was in fact a rumour started locally and was just that, a rumour, says Cafe Simla manager. The Indian restaurant has been on the Dordon site for a very long time and over the last decade has picked up regional awards for best Indian food in the Midlands.
Think Cloud Studio was privileged to be awarded the marketing and design campaign for the restaurant. "Having built up a diverse range of clients over the last 15 years including those in within the hospitality industry, Cafe Simla is confirmation we are doing something right," says Marketing Director Andrew Maynes. He goes on to state, "The restaurant has been used over the years for both business and pleasure so working with a local restaurant where we know the service and food is second to none makes our work a pleasure."
The new Cafe Simla website is planned to go live 1st May 2014 with scheduled updates throughout June and July.
The framework used for the Cafe Simla website is Twitter Bootstrap and not Wordpress or other similar CMS. Over the last few years the Warwickshire based Think Cloud Studio has been shifting away from the popular Wordpress platform often used by other web designers.
The design was kept to a minimum whilst emphasizing on the social media marketing mix already set in motion.
