Scenery from Homer, Alaska, and Majestic View Bed and Breakfast can be found along with recipes in the new cookbook “Majestic View Breakfast Recipes” (published by Lulu) by Maria SantaLucia.

The book aims to transport readers to an Alaskan bed and breakfast when flipping through the cookbook “Majestic View Breakfast Recipes.” SantaLucia shares her love for Alaska, her love of cooking and her way of life into the world through sharing recipes that can be enjoyed when a guest stays at her bed and breakfast—such as her ‘Crab & Artichoke Breakfast Casserole’ and ‘Maria’s Alaskan Pancake—a raised pancake covered in fresh fruit—a guest favorite.’

“The recipes are tried and true and made with love and great Alaskan spirit,” SantaLucia says. “Enjoy learning some great recipes to help you add an ‘extra special touch’ to any visitor that arrives to your home.”
