New Cultural Romance Novel Depicts a Strong, Extraordinary Love that Endures Time and Distance
KUALA LUMPUR, Malaysia (PRWEB) February 04, 2019 -- As an experienced novelist, romance is author Sonia Mael’s writing bread and butter. In her new book, Mael hopes to bridge the gap between younger and older generations of Malaysians and non-Malaysians alike through a powerful story of enduring love.
Mael’s new book, “No Ordinary Love,” chronicles the story of Katarina and Josh, whose whirlwind romance ends abruptly as Josh fears he will expose Katarina to violence emerging from his jealousy. The couple share an intimate moment before parting ways and Katarina soon learns of something extraordinary that could bring them back together someday.
At her family’s insistence, Katarina marries another man who later passes away and Josh focuses his energy on his career. When happenstance brings them back together, the couple realize the flame of their love has not burned out after all and they reunite once more.
“In addition to romance, the story also features an aspect every generation can learn from,” Mael said. “Young readers can learn about the history and culture of Malaysia and older women can rejoice in the powerful love story as they too have lived, loved and lost.”
In “No Ordinary Love,” readers can follow Katarina and Josh as they journey through heartbreak, passion and personal growth as they discover the connection that can never sever their love for each other.
